Hi Roy, thanks for your interest, can you please tell me how you can help me to franchise my business? I got everytthing a business needs to be franchised, except the capital to invest in the process. I have recently sold a License to do business in Miami, Fl. Its a good start but it is not a franchise.

Seeking operating companies (manufacturing, distribution and business services) to merge into a NewCo with intent to recapitalize (US$2 to US$10 million) to pay out part/all of the sellers/merger cash requirements. PE firm will fund the cost of the recapitalization process. Brokers protected and will receive their fees at the recap closing (approx. 90 to 120 days from merger date). A no-risk funding solution for sellers allowing brokers to get more deals done.

Thanks

Hi Patrick, I have attended a seminar of yours in Boston a while ago conducted by your senior rep. I think is Your Father or a relative. I'm not sure. That's why I know how much I need to do this, and he said that I need some money up front to cover some expenses and I do not want to start and then get stuck in te middle of the process just because I don't have the money. reason why I decided to look for the money first and do everything at once nonstop including more equipment to add at least 3 more crews to my local business. Good News.. Restaurant Depot Just accepted us as the first and only Hood cleaning co. to offer our services thru them to their existing customers. It's like fishing in a pool full of fish.

Hi Byron,

The process of franchising a business can be challenging in a number of ways. I certainly appreciate your concern for the expense of putting together a franchise program. All of the business owners that we work with have similar concerns. This is why we offer a number of options for franchise expansion at different levels of involvement, price points, and financing terms. From what you written above, I feel that you definately have something that is worth looking into franchising. We have helped many other service companies franchise that identified similar opportunities. Please give us a call and we can talk with you about some of these success stories and review with you how we can help you get this rolling. Who knows, we may be able to help you through the early stages so that you do not have to give up equity in your business at this early stage in the game. If you can sell a few franchises right out of the gate, you'll have your 200k to be able to drive your expansion.

Byron - Your comment/question raises a number of franchise-related issues - developing a franchise system that complements large accounts such as the one you have with Wendy's, bringing in an investor/partner, and franchising in highly-regulated industries. Our consultants have extensive experience in all of these areas and we would be happy to talk with you. Feel free to contact me, Mark Siebert (708) 957-2300 or msiebert@ifranchise.net

Check with Francorp in Chicago, they have some connections that may help you franchise your business. I used them and am very happy with what i got and the follow-up they are giving.
Google Francorp.com and ask questions. Good luck, Jon at Edgemaster Mobile Sharpening.
