I need investors for these properties that I am buying. notes will be secured with real estate as 2nd lien on the property. 1st is bank .
10% return guarnteed in writing through our attornies. so you can be comfortable investing the money.
100K will get 10k
200k will get 20k
you will just get that without doing anything .... personaly gurantees will be also be on these notes.
