Competition: There is only one other competitor in the marketplace, EZ Access. They produce an aluminum ramp product. Another competitor includes contractors building wood ramp structures. Thus there is little real competition in the marketplace. The advantages of this Company and product line against the competition is as follows; 1.) This product line is made of enamel coated steel. 2.) The ramps are engineered to the specific requirements of each installation while being modular and portable. 3.) The ramps cost less than aluminum, concrete and wood ramps.
Growth/Expansion: There is a significant opportunity to aggressively market to each of the target audiences previously identified. Austin, Texas is the second fastest growing city in the United States. Opportunity will manifest itself just through anticipated population growth of this Central Texas area. Significantly and aggressively go after the rental side of the business (Event Planners, Convention Centers, etc.). Increase the marketing activity to the Case Manager network, Insurance companies and the Veterans Administration.
