Established in 1982, the Company has contracts or agreements with medical, reference and hospital based laboratories.

Operations are supported by 60+ mobile phlebotomists who collect specimens daily throughout the service area; all specimens are delivered to the respective contracted lab directly, or by FedEx. Average revenue is derived on a per-draw or per visit fee basis and can include other fees such as mileage, processing, handling and preparation charges. Unlike most health care services, the company’s fee schedule is not regulated by any government entity but is driven by market value pricing. There are several opportunities for growth: 1) replicate the model in other metro areas, 2) market the service to private health insurers 3) market the SaaS and/or trademarked name and materials nationwide to other lab outreach customers.

It provides routine scheduled service for various type health facilities and receives regular requests from healthcare professionals who have daily/weekly patient volumes.
