Competition: Competition- We have direct competition on only 2 of our 24 best selling products. beyond that, our customers themselves are our "competition". Nearly all, (grocery stores) have big kitchens of their own. Do they want to expend valuable resources to produce some product to fill in for ours? usually not. It's the same amount of work and expense to produce 20 lb's as 120 lb's, so they opt for the latter, and rely on us for the former. And we in turn, produce the larger runs, for distribution, to among many outlets.
Growth/Expansion: We have sold 1 million pounds total of @ 50 different products, in our 18 years, but in only south FL.
