The Company operates out of a 6,500 s.f. facility that it leases from a related entity of the owner, plus an additional 2,000 s.f. space. Rental rates are FMV. The facility can be leased or purchased by the next owner.
The Company competes with approximately 6 other aerospace machine shops for the parts it makes. When it wins a multi-year contract, in most instances it is the sole source manufacturer of those parts for its Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers of aerospace systems for commercial and military aircraft.
Growth & Expansion:
The 60+ year old owner has been content running high quality parts during one shift. Business development activities have been limited given their multi-year contracts and relatively stable revenues.

Support & Training:
Seller will stay for up to two years to facilitate a transition. He currently travels extensively with his wife and would expect to work no more than what he currently works.
