Together they comprise 40% of the total (5 unit) food court in this classy mall type environment. Everything is brand new as of November 2015. Over $700,000 was invested into opening these stores and getting them operational. Achieved over $1.1 Million in sales in the first 10 months. Detailed Information

Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment (FF&E):
Included in asking price
Two (2) 660 SF units (plus one 220 SF storage room) in a five (5) unit food court located in a beautiful brand new outlet center opened in late October 2015. Over $700,000 was spent to get these stores opened and operational. This was all new construction and all equipment put into place was brand new at the time of opening.
The only competition in the immediate proximity comes from the remaining three (3) food court units. None of which have the same food as these stores. Furthermore, the lease contains an exclusivity clause. The mall is beautiful and was well designed with a small yet complete food court. The entire property does not lend itself to an excessive number of restaurants. While full service restaurants may start to build up around the mall, this only adds to the lure of the mall and will bring more customers to the area.
Growth & Expansion:
The seller has other restaurants of a completely different type in another part of the state and has found it very difficult to near impossible to work on site and maintain the most efficient operations. The stores are basically being run absentee. This provides a great opportunity for an owner operator to keep their eyes on the operations and do so much better. The entire mall was new at the time of opening. Again, there is continued development in the area around the mall which will only foster continued growth in traffic to the mall. With businesses generating OVER 1.1 Million dollars in revenue in the first ten (10) months, one could only imagine how strong the future can become.
