This is a turnkey biodiesel production acquisition whereby the buyer can purchase biodiesel production systems capable of producing 0.5 to 5 million gallons per year and have it placed within the infrastructure of a large-scale, state-of-the-art biodiesel refinery plant. The purchase includes equipment, installation, start-up and a 10-day supply of feedstock. In addition this acquisition includes a fee based management program whereby the Seller will operate, maintain and manage the Buyer's equipment on their behalf.
