THE COMPANY This 30 plus year old company transports, packs and stores household belongings for military personnel. The contract price is an on-going bid with the government. The company operates two government approved warehouses and there is enough excess property for more warehouses. The current warehouses normally remain full. Contracts for more goods to be stored are turned down when the warehouses are full and accepted when space opens up. Some of the excess property is leased to individuals. THE LOCATION The storage facilities and office are located in Mountain Home, Idaho which has a large Air Force base. This location is ideal for the intended use.
