We are the third largest in our niche market, in the US, possibly the world. The business can be full time or part time. Currently, we've been running part time simply because we haven't wanted to do more. However, the demand is there.
Currently located in a highly desirable temperate location, can easily be relocated anywhere since the lions' share of customers are not in the location's market area and the B2B company is essentially web-based. We produce and sell the artwork on garments (mostly t-shirts and polos), customizable to the customer's needs, with no minimums and no setups. Note: This is NOT SCREEN PRINTING! Customer base consists of small business owners. In business for 11 years, we have a sizable customer base which includes mostly repeat business, and of course, customer referrals. New customers come steadily via our newsletter marketing program and from one trade show per year. Catering to nationwide businesses, big and small, on a wholesale basis, the largest percentage of customers are small business and mom 'n' pop businesses, though we do have larger customers as well. We also have customers outside the US. We could have even more if we chose to market to them, since we have constant inquiries from overseas. We've chosen to keep it the way it is for simplicity's sake. We do occasionally have small retail orders from our website. Should buyer wish to continue at the current location, the landlord would be amenable to renewing the lease at current rate. However, the business does not actually require the amount of space that we currently have nor does it require this physical location. With appropriate space, it could conceivably be operated from home. This business has done well for us, and our reputation in the market is excellent. We are known for our value, customer service, attention to detail and yes, hand-holding. The profit margin for our business is far higher than a standard print shop would have, simply because of the value of the artwork, the customization and the business model that makes it easy for customers to do business with us. We also as a matter of courtesy, advise customers on marketing strategies for their business, because after all, if they succeed, we succeed. If one wished to work it full time, one could easily double, even triple the income. Also, if one wished to open this up to full-retail, the margins would increase even more than they are now. Current lease has been in effect since the business opened, with monthly lease amount as $1,705.00. It renews annually and automatically, but could be terminated by us with 30 days notice. This is far more space than is required for the business and is being used for other purposes as well. This is a high rent town and the space required and rent in another market would be considerably less should new owner wish to locate elsewhere. This could even be home based with the proper space availability. Currently, production facility is located in industrial area. Much of the management and sales, though, can easily be home-based should the need arise. Existing Premises Details: Current premises are approximately 1200 sq ft with bath, kitchen, meeting room(s), storage and production areas. The business can indeed be based anywhere, though, since the customer base is generally managed on-line and the customers are nationwide, even worldwide. Our current location is an expensive town, and since it is essentially a web-based business, the business wouldn't suffer in the least if it were re-located elsewhere.

Competition: Because of the nature of the niche business, much of the competition are companies that do this type of work as a side-line to their usual business. There are a half-dozen other companies such as ours, but we are unique in our low-minimums, higher profit margin, designs that are like no other in the marketplace, and our business model that concentrates on customer retention and satisfaction. Our biggest sales asset? Our artwork, which is unique in the industry of our niche market. No one has anything like it. It sells well, is well liked & in demand.
Growth & Expansion: As a part-time business for 12 years in the wholesale trade this can easily be expanded to full time, and also lends itself well to expansion into the retail arena. We have 2 employees & have added up to 3 addl temps as necessary.
Business is driven by our newsletter program to our website. While we don't market on the web per se', the newsletter program drives customers and qualified prospects to the website which is the go-to reference for our customers and prospects.
We do one trade show and consumer shows are an option for retail.
