The building area itself is approximately 2800+/- square feet plus a small basement and the property is approximately 6250 square feet. The property has parking available on-site for a dozen cars or so. Street parking is also readily available all around the business. The business currently serves as well as sells liquor/wine/beer and does not serve food, but food could be added.
This bar and liquor store has a long history and a steadily growing neighborhood clientele. The business has been updated in recent years to modernize the feel some with an indoor/outdoor drinking experience in ways others in the area haven't. There are a couple other bars in the area with a different clientele that don't appear to appeal to as broad a general audience as this bar does.
