We've had this business for sale for almost a full year with very few bites. We would love to provide more details, but to preserve the relationships with our clients and to not disrupt the teamwork in the office, a lot of information needs to remain confidential.

We are a community focused staffing agency, specialized in matching job seekers and businesses. We don’t just place warm bodies on projects. Our business was built by partnering with clients to resolve their staffing issues while helping job seekers find opportunities. We enjoy what we do, we do it well, and it shows.

We have a diverse client base of both common and unique brands, including a few iconic leaders. Most were established and cultivated by our office. Our national accounts were initiated by headquarters, but continue to grow and prosper through us.

Between 80% and 90% of our clients are continuous and/or repeat customers.

Our office is in a visible and easy to find building, located on a busy commercial street. We have ample free parking for job seekers and clients alike. Our desks are in an open studio configuration with plenty of room to expand and create privacy if necessary. We have a conference room for clients to conduct interviews, and a separate registration and testing area. The building has locked public restrooms on the main floor (for easy drug testing) and our office has it's own kitchen facility.
As anyone who lives here knows, there is a lot going on in Sonoma County. The business community is supported by active Chamber organizations, networking groups and media attention. Several of the more iconic brands in the area are expanding and with the arrival of SMART Train, development along the 101 corridor continues to grow rapidly. Staffing competition exists, but there is always another client looking for a better staffing partner. And the training and support our headquarters provides is the proven formula for winning over those clients.
Growth & Expansion:
As with most employers, we currently have more open orders than applicants. While we never completely divert our attention away from business development, our efforts are currently focused on recruiting and retaining top talent. We have a solid base of business, primed for long term growth. Even without prior staffing experience, a new owner could easily move it forward - that's how strong business is in Sonoma County.
