Directories are linked to company website. Excellent revenue streams are sourced from display advertising in the annual directories and a kiosk program that encompasses 115 company owned 40 pocket kiosk strategically situated in pharmacies, health care facilities, hospitals and medical offices and featuring advertiser senior centric brochures.

Company is in its eighteenth year. Owner operates the enterprise from home with minimal overhead expense. All ad/art production, marketing, sales, and bookkeeping are outsourced.There are no employees. Discretionary earnings in the past three years have averaged 48% of gross revenues. 80% year to year advertiser retention, an aging population, expansion opportunities outside the current market, and improved kiosk fill rate are positive drivers for growth and greater earnings.

Size of directories could easily be expanded to include more editorial content and more display advertising. Strong demand for new directories from counties outside the current market. Greater fill rate (currently 50 -60%) and expansion of Kiosk program.
Support & Training:
Seller will provide 4 weeks of training and orderly turnover to the new owner training, at 20 hours per week. Additional training/consulting is available from the Seller, if required, for an additional fee.
