This is a trucking, warehousing, and distribution business. We are a niche player with limited competition in the market that we serve. The company has multiple streams of income which have helped us avoid a major slowdown during these economic times. This is an interesting business with an established base of customers. The business is also very scalable. There is significant income for the owner, but in order to take advantage of opportunities to grow the business I need to eliminate some of the debt from when I purchased the company a year and a half ago, and I need help managing the day to day operations. For this reason I am looking for an equity partner. The cash generated will be invested straight back into the business.

Growth/Expansion: Business has been consistant for years without any advertising at all. Completely relies on repeat customers. I want to add commissioned sales people and a web site to start growing the business. Adding trucks is easy due to availability of contract drivers with their own trucks.
