The hotel underwent considerable renovations from 2012 through to 2016. The motel includes 57 guest rooms, a business desk area in the lobby and a breakfast room for guests. There are ten different room types ranging from single rooms, double rooms with a hide-a-bed, to a live-in suite. Attractive, bright, east-facing, breakfast room has recently been redecorated. The hotel is a two-storey concrete block structure on an assumed concrete grade beam foundation (drawings were not provided). The exterior is a combination of vinyl and wood siding and a peaked metal roof. The site offers over-sized vehicle parking for guests. Two residential properties (fully furnished) adjacent the motel currently show an approximate total net income of $37,951.84 per annum.
