Salerno's Quaint, Clean & Reputable Growing Italian Restaurant
Salerno's is a great little family owned and operated Italian restaurant in Western Hillsborough County located in a well-branded anchored shopping center on a busy intersection. This is an excellent opportunity to purchase business assets. The purchase and installation of all of the kitchen equipment is more than the listed price. Owners are motivated to sell before the end of 2016... All reasonable cash offers with with a closing date prior to Dec 31st will be reviewed.
There's room for about ten tables inside the restaurant, and the place seems very popular with the locals. The restaurant allows for dine-in and also does a brisk carry-out business. The atmosphere is relaxed and low-key, with customers enjoying a nice quiet dinner and bottle of wine. The restaurant serves a selection of about a dozen different wines. If you're there for lunch, the Italian restaurant has the traditional hand-tossed pizzas, entrée salads, soups, sandwiches, calzones, and lunch-sized pasta entrées from which to choose. For dinner they add some very traditional appetizers like toasted ravioli, fried calamari, mussels, an antipasto platter, and a nice Caprese salad. There are about a dozen different dinner entrées with lobster ravioli, lasagna, manicotti, linguine & clams, chicken Alfredo / Francese / Marsala. eggplant parmesan, mussels marinara, and an interesting dish called Shrimp Pichi Pachi on the menu, with prices between $10 and $15. The Pichi Pachi entrée turned out to be sautéed shrimp with diced Roma tomatoes, onions, garlic, freshly-chopped basil, and olive oil, served over spaghetti. All of the dinner entrées are served with a side salad and an order of garlic knots, but I was able to substitute their homemade Pasta Fagioli soup in place of the salad. (They also had Minestrone soup). This restaurant also offers cannoli, tiramisu, and cheesecake for dessert. Please Contact Broker for financial information.
