This is the dominant provider of air conditioning servicing on Kauai. The business is price at less than 3x Seller's Discretionary Earnings. Growth/Expansion: Kauai, Hawaii is among the most expensive communities in the US for electricity. As oil costs rise, so do local electrical rates. It is estimated that any air conditioner on Kauai older than 5 years is a candidate for replacement given the substantial improvement in electrical efficiency in air conditioners over this period. And the requirement that HCFC syetms be limited to already existing HCFC gas just increases the need for older air conditioning units to be replaced.
