Facilities: Typically a 2800 square foot 5-6 bay center. This brand will have two drive thru service pits and 3-4 additional service bays. These centers are set up very much like a traditional lube center but also have 3-4 bays designed for complete car care.

Competition: Pros: The co-brand originated back in August of 2006 when corporate purchased a car lube business as a strategic acquisition increasing corporate's presence on the west Coast. In August of 2006 there were 192 stand alone car lube centers, as of October 2008 70 have co-branded with corporate and as a group the same store sales are up over 20%.

Growth/Expansion: Pros: Purchaser has the opportunity to purchase just one location however qualified candidates may be eligible to purchase additional locations.
