The Company, founded in 1981, is headquartered in the Midwest and designs, builds, and tests complex, large-scale progressive dies for vehicle manufacturers, and Tier 1 suppliers in North America and around the world. The Company has the capability to design and test the largest progressive dies available in the industry for Tier 1 automotive suppliers selling directly to the Big Three U.S. automakers and other OEMs. The Company is incorporated as a C-Corporation and maintains a workforce of 44 full-time employees. The Company operates from a 65,700-square-foot facility, with approximately 15,000 square feet assigned to office space, including all engineering and design activities, as well as administrative functions. The Company utilizes its customized software application to design the largest progressive dies in the shortest time possible.
