Paper recycling is the largest component of the recycling revenue generated by this business but they also recycles pallets, plastics and metals. The limiting factor to growing the recycling revenue has been lack of focus on sales and marketing.

The business operates from a 2 acre fenced (with an automatic gate), secure, leased facility consisting of a 5,000 square foot office/whse space and a 9,000 square foot plant facility. The lease payment is $6,075 per month and a Buyer can opt out of the lease (in a purchase scenario) with a 120 day notice to the landlord. It is possible to move the equipment to a different facility if a Buyer wanted to do so. The plant based facility includes all equipment necessary for paper recycling including a nice loading/unloading facility. The company has a variety of pieces of rolling equipment including two box trucks, several trailers and a forklift.
Both business segments are growing on a macro basis. Substantial revenue growth is possible with the current client base. Opportunities for growth have been neglected by current ownership due to lack of focus and resources. There are competitors in their market but as a result of the macro growth in both segments there is great opportunity to grow revenue. The business has a price advantage over many of it's competitors which will be disclosed at the appropriate time.
Growth & Expansion:
This business is located in the fastest growing and best demographic area of metro Atlanta. The plant is operating at about 50% capacity and owns equipment not yet installed that would increase productivity and thru-put. The business could increase revenue with a cost effective sales and marketing effort. Current management does not aggressively promote sales and marketing due to lack of personal. The normal service area is mainly the metro Atlanta geographic market up through North Georgia.
