Maid Right is the only residential cleaning franchise to operate a two-tiered franchise structure. We exclusively sell unit franchises to owner-operators who directly service the home cleaning needs of our clients throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Mid-cities area.
Maid Right of Keller opened it’s office in Keller Town Center in April 2015. Our business plans are built around building a foundation year one, expanding year two and exploding topline year three.
During the early months we devoted a majority of our time as well as our marketing investment on Customer Acquisition balanced with Unit Franchise recruitment. We began building Maid Right brand awareness with direct mail consumer marketing in April of 2015 and closed our first customers in the same month. Initially our customers were serviced by a 2-person team of hourly employees. We sold the first Unit Franchise in May 2015 and awarded existing customers to this Unit Franchisee. The sales data included in this packet will show aggressive growth from launch. We have consistently outpaced our original projections and were awarded the “RISING STAR” award at our National Conference.

Within the DFW metro area, the zip codes contained in this territory are among the fastest growing and reflect the highest home values. The demographics and financial profile of this territory make it one of the most desirable in the country.
This territory specifically contains over 750,000 HH and over 110,000 with income of over $75,000 annually. A 1% market share of Qualifying HH within this territory would represent over 1000 customers and more than $2.5MM Gross Revenue annually.

As the Financial Statements show, our investment in this company is over $400,000. In addition, we have contributed more than 12 months of dedicated effort into research of the industry and local market as well as day to day operations.
Our Marketing and Operations efforts have provided and stable and sustainable business model which can be developed for years to come.
We have established a fair price given this is a high-potential business opportunity with a solid foundation as compared to other comparable businesses. We are asking $200,000 in cash net of any broker commissions. We are open to split terms with buyer as needed with a set fee for the Territory Households (HH). This amount would be approximately $140,000. Payment of revenue from existing customers can be made over 12 months following the purchase. This amount would be approximately $60,000 or $5,000 per month.

The residential cleaning market primarily consists of maid services, carpet and window cleaning and other like services.
According to a report by American Demographics, an estimated 10% of all U.S. households have sought maid services. The average customer spends $250 monthly on maid services or $3,000 annually.
Typical clients are dual-income households, professional adults, high-income single parent families, and affluent empty-nesters and retirees. Clients are typically between 35-65 years of age, with an annual household income over $75,000. However, virtually all households earning over $100,000 a year, regardless of demographics, are prime candidates for regular cleaning services.
