Competition:
The market is the rapidly growing east, south and west outer suburbs of Atlanta. One of the cities in the territory has grown by over 50% in the last 10 years. There is competition, but the major competitors tend to be the "big guys," remote factory-type establishments. I have spent a lot of time on hold and battling through their phone systems trying to get an answer, but you will provide personal, immediate service. If you don't think you can compete with the service provided by the factory, this isn't for you.
Growth & Expansion:
There is a lot of rural, stable territory, but some of the suburbs are really vital--Douglasville, Peachtree City, Clayton County--and there is a good balance with terrific potential to grow. The business has been operated semi-retired for several years, so limited marketing and effort. The new owner's effort to market will determine the ultimate growth, but comparable territories are more than double the current operation and we will provide metrics in that regard.
Support & Training:
The new Owner will go to California for one week training which is quite thorough and covers the business and the actual repair activities of the business.
