The March Group currently represents a well-respected and growing full-service marketing firm with significant growth potential. The Company provides strategic marketing consulting, high-impact creative services, association and event management, and healthcare marketing to produce results on a regional, national, and global scale. It operates in two distinct business segments, including traditional Marketing and Communications services (45 percent of billings) as well as Association Management services (55 percent). The Company s Association Management business generates very predictable annualized retainer revenue of $1.06 million. Over the last three years, the Company has added six new association accounts, which has resulted in a 45 percent increase in division revenue.

Facilities: Operates out of a 13,000 square foot facility, which is leased from the shareholders and is available for purchase or long-term lease arrangement.

Competition: Notwithstanding a recent history of rising sales, management is confident that the Company is well positioned to achieve growth beyond the current projections. Given appropriate investments by better-capitalized ownership, there are compelling opportunities to increase business well beyond current levels.
