This well established company manufactures die stamped steel griddles and broilers for the restaurant industry as well as home, RV, recreational, camping and outfitter use. The commercial add-on griddles and broilers fit most ranges and stoves, including; Wolf, Vulcan, Viking, Imperial and many other commercial ranges and stoves. Management indicates that approximately 85% of the Company s revenues are derived from commercial restaurant sales, while the remaining 15% is derived from recreational sales. The Company manufactures single, double and four burner griddles and broilers for restaurant and commercial use, and single and double burner griddles for recreation and camping use. Products are sold primarily to restaurant supply companies, distributors and outdoor camping dealers such as Cabela s, etc. and are distributed throughout the United States and Canadian. Approximately 96-97% of the Company s products are their own brand, with the remaining 3-4% being produced as custom label products.

Facilities: The business operates from a 8,000 square foot building in Central Montana and includes an office area, a shipping and receiving area and a shop with a loading dock. There is room for expansion if desired. The building is located on the outskirts of town and has good access to two major highways. Owner will consider selling the real estate separately for $180,000 or leasing the building to the buyer if desired.

Competition: There is one other major competitor in the United States and also international competition from China, etc. Management feels they are able to compete rather favorably with foreign competition due to lower shipping costs.

Growth/Expansion: The Company s marketing plan consists of the following: an informational website with product displays and dealership information, adistribution network, participation in trade shows, occasional trips to various parts of the United States to call on major buyers and word-of-mouth and reputation. Management indicated that the Company has approximately 35% of the market share in the United States and Canada
