Located on scenic highway 7, one mile from historic downtown Hot Springs, Alpine Inn is convenient for all attractions including the National Park, convention center/Summit Arena, bathhouse row, racetrack/casino and Magic Springs theme park. Location brings drive in guests entering Hot Springs by scenic highway 7 and provides an easy 15 minute walk downtown. Highly rated restaurants are located within walking distance less than half a mile down the street.

The street also has some historic previous tenants notably Bill Clinton and (allegedly) Al Capone. The inn sits on two plots and consists of a 1905 three story house, cottage house and adjacent row of twelve rooms. The main house contains generous owners apartment, basement plus two king suites on top level.. Cottage house contains two king rooms and one king suite. There is a 15 by 30 foot swimming pool in front of the main house which is a big attraction in the summer season. Since 2009, all guest rooms have new carpet, beds, a/c, flat screens, refrigerators and many other fixtures and fittings upgrades.
