This full-service gas station is located on a busy downtown highway in a Southern MA town center. This station has been leased for the past 15 years and has provided full repair service throughout that period. With the retirement of this former station manager, the owner is now offering discounted cash only gas sales with contracted help and is pumping 100,000 gallons per month. Although previously active, the two repair bays are currently unused. Hours of operation are Monday-Saturday 7 a.m. 8 p.m. and Sunday 8 a.m. 5 p.m.

Facilities: The station is located on a 0.23 acres parcel of land with approximately 150 feet of street frontage and parking on either side of the building.
