Immediate sale needed on our landscaping and irrigation company. We have a website, a great name, and a great logo. We have contracts with HOA's for about $35,000 per month. We also do irrigation maintenance and installation, as well as installation of landscaping. We have concentrated mainly on maintenance over the past year or so, however. Included in the sale can be a "mowing" truck which carries all the mowers and equipment, a lite weight dump truck, two 60 inch ZTR mowers, a 36" stander, push mower, many blowers, edgers, weed eaters, and hedgers. If you do not need the equipment, that can be separated.

Most of our contracts are within one larger community, which makes it evern more efficient. There is great potential to obtain more business within this neighborhood by getting more maintenance contracts, or promoting other work for existing customers outside the contracted services.
