Business Description

Well established very profitable medical staffing and home
care franchise available in northern New York State due to
owner wanting to handle territories closer to his base location
in another state. The franchise license will allow the buyer to
market in 5 New York counties. Approximately half of the
revenues generated by the New York division are paid for by
Medicaid and the balance of revenues come from Private Pay
patients, staffing and other insurance coverage. The
Company is also licensed by the State of New York as a
Home Care Agency. In addition to the New York Counties
covered by the franchise agreement, New York State has
authorized the Company to provide services in three additional
counties. The services provided include home care nursing;
IV,physical, occupational and speech therapy; hospice care
and medical staffing to hospitals, prisons, schools,
corporations, senior home care and other healthcare facilities.
Projected revenues for 2012 are 3.7 million. An acquirer who
focuses his time and energy in building the business should
be able to increase revenues and cash flow significantly.
