Business Description

This store has been owned by two partners for 4 years and one partner got into license trouble, (nothing to do with a new owner who can obtain it right back). This is a gold mine store and will give an owner anywhere from $15,000 to $17,000 a month in your pocket for two owners or at least $15,000 after payroll and all expenses to a single operator that works there. No check cashing, No Western Union and no bill paying are undertaking, it does not have hot food even through it has the room.
The selling price is low for this store that would never come on the market this way as it would be snapped up by people in the know or in the community but the sellers do not want it to go to people that know them if at all possible. The demographics are right and this store is a high earner as the mark up is well over 35% to 40% and many items are in the hundreds %. Sellers have one lady that receives $400.00 per week and a clean up and shelf stoker. Utilities are about $900 to $1,000 a month.
This is not for everybody but somebody that wants to earn big money over a short time frame and be set for live and never have to worry about retirement ever again other as to where you are going to spend the money.

Has room for a deli if required but the present owner does not want to be bothered. Did have Western union and had an ATM but prefer to give out cash and charge the credit card. Rent is $2,650.00 per month with a lease that goes through 2017 with a 5 year plus option to renew. Store hours 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and a little shorter on Sunday. Not pretty by all means but just a solid earner with very little investment and only for a few years and you will be set for live. But do not call if you are looking for a seven and Eleven that will cost twice as much and earn half if you are lucky and you will be working 80 hours a week for half of what you can earn here.
Competition:
Their is no other store anywhere close. Surrounded by low income apartments and single family homes in the area where they are building the new soccer stadium that will bring in at least 40,000 and maybe 60,000 on game days that will spill over to this area and cannot be bad at all. This store is the store of choice as there is no other one close but with out EBT service the customers have no choice but to go else where to cash there EBT cards..
