Facilities: This NASCAR short-track resides with multiple buildings and facilities on 50 acres. It's been recognized as one of the nicest short tracks in the country. The property has VIP suites, grandstands, track office, ticketing, retail shop, food and beverage services. A dirt track and go karts were added in recent years, boosting track revenues.

Competition: The track brings in approx 1200-1600 paying customers per race. The owner has done a great job maintaining the property, however he's not invested in promotions and he'd like to add new events like concerts, car shows, flea markets, etc. The property can handle up to 5000 paying guests.

Growth/Expansion: The venue could be expanded by adding other events in the offseason - concerts, car shows, bike rallies and more races. The season runs from March thru September.
