Business Description

The basic operation of the company is the 5 contracts that they have with various health organizations that operate on large campuses. This accounts for approximately 25% to 30% of the annual gross income. These contracts are usually for basic services that can be performed by semi-skilled labor. Some contracts require an individual to be on the premises and available during working hours. In addition to preforming the basic daily tasks as required the individual will check for work orders and additional jobs for them to do. The additional jobs not covered in the basic contracts are largest source of the company’s income. Frequently these are small no-bid jobs are simply preformed from a work order. Those additional jobs usually require additional personnel. They have a group of employees they use to fulfill most of those requirements. If the job is beyond the capabilities of their employees they will sub contract the job. In 2015 sub contract costs were approximately fifteen percent of gross sales. If special equipment is required it is rented as needed.
