Ours is a 23 year old party rental equipment company for sale in the DFW area. Extremely reliable, predictable business with substantial customer base. Churches, Schools, Cities, Business Organizations & Individuals will always have events. This is a business that is almost "RECESSION PROOF". Everyone and every organization will always take care of the kids .
We have found that even in a financial downturn, money will be spent on kids' parties and events. Corporations and businesses will always use events and parties to attract customers and reward both employees and customers.

Our loyal customer base is financially substantial and pays well and on time. On average, the school and church carnivals and company events are 98% PAID IN FULL prior to the start of the event. Collection problems are almost non-existent in this simple, easy-to-run business. This is essentially a cash business with no accounts to maintain and collect.

This is a profitable business that allows a typical $10,000 investment in one piece of equipment to be recovered in one season or as short at six months. Two of our larger slides costing $16,000 each generated $26,000 in revenue in their first year. Both giant slides were paid off in the first season of use and continue to be productive revenue producers.
Inflatables can last as long as 15 to 18 years and still be productive. This is a simple business to run and maintain. Inflatables are easily repaired if a hole develops and the blowers are long running, inexpensive and repairable.

With existing equipment, you can accommodate the personal birthday party all the way up to large city-wide festivals. Even private parties can generate as much as $2500, which are equivalent to some church or school events. Large commercial events for churches and corporations have reached as high as $15,000 and some festivals have exceeded $40,000 in a weekend.

As a new owner, you can stress growth in the local market with similar products or expand laterally with electronic and mechanical games. If travel is in your blood, we get calls to take equipment to other venues for major events across the country but have opted to not take advantage of the opportunities. You can!

Our websites were developed by an ex- google employee who hosts and manages them. Yet, you will be the administrator and have daily control of data entry and changes to pictures and text. Also included is our "Quick Rent" custom rental software to facilitate running daily operations.
The Quick Rent software will allow the new owners to follow the pathway from entering leases and completing the daily routine of taking rental leases, setting delivery schedules and and keeping up with recovery of valuable equipment.
Quick Rent will prohibit double booking, compute delivery fees & taxes and calculate discounts for package deals for major events. It will even allow for management override for double booking on the same day of adequate time allows.
Party rental is not rocket science. It is all about customer service. Anyone with attention to details and a desire to grow this business will succeed.

Winter does provide some party rental revenue, but it also provides a respite for the owner to rest, recharge and take a vacation. Expansion into Casino party gaming would help revenue then. We have targeted the local seven (7) million customers in the Dallas Metroplex and not the huge potential for travel to outlying areas for corporate events and festivals. There is considerable potential locally and using Dallas as a Hub, the potential is limitless.
Support & Training:
Owner will provide 30 days of on site training included and an additional 30 to 60 days of consulting if needed to facilitate the transition at a cost to be determined. The Quick Rent program will assist the new owner in running the daily operations of the business.
