Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Kohl's, Staples, Sam's Club are all nearby as well as many of the areas top restaurants. This is an extremely high traffic location for both cars and foot traffic. The store is located in Pheasant Creek Crossing which has no vacancies and a waiting list of tenants wanting to move in. Growth & Expansion:
Major opportunity exists to increase sales in two distinct ways - hands on ownership and physically expanding the square footage of the store. An active owner will benefit the store in several ways. With daily involvement in the business, the owner can reduce staff wages resulting in increased owner profitability.
