Business Description

Great opportunity to own a profitable, growing chain of DUI Schools in Georgia. DUI and Driver safety programs are regulated by the Department of Driver Services (DDS) and all DUI schools must be certified by the DDS.

The Department of Driver Services is the agency responsible for regulating the following Driver Safety Programs: DUI/Risk Reduction Program: Driver Improvement/Defensive Driving Program; Driver Training /Driver Education Program; Ignition Interlock; Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program.

All the schools locations are certified through Georgia’s Department of Driver Services (DDS) and are in full compliance with DDS requirements. The schools are located in Fayetteville Griffin, Peachtree City, Stone Mountain and Locust Grove. These are all leased locations in high traffic, high exposure areas. The schools offer many services mandated by the courts including DUI Class, Defensive Driving Class, Ignition Interlock, Anger Management Class, MRI, Substance Abuse Evaluation and Classes and Pain Management Assessments.

The courts order DUI and drug offenders to attend mandatory DUI and related driving classes and create a steady pipeline of business. The schools revenues and profits have increased each of the past 5 years.

There’s a great staff in place. All of the instructors are properly certified by the DDS and each location has a trained, experienced office manager.

Additionally, House Bill 205 was recently signed by the Governor and effective January 1, 2017 which will require some offenders to use an Ignition Interlock system to monitor drinking and driving. This will generate additional revenues and profits.

This is an easy to operate business and a new owner can continue to open additional locations and increase revenues.
