Their showroom is by appointment only to assure someone will be available to answer all customer's questions and concerns regarding their specific project and unique project needs. Facilities: The building is 16,000 square feet of covered space. The main building (a historical structure) is approximately 2,500 square feet and consists of 2 offices, 2 1/2 baths, a break room and kitchen. The 13,500 square feet of remaining space consists of warehouse, shop and a sundry / supply room. The warehouse has access for three sides with large overhead garage doors.

Competition: There are a number of low end flooring installers in the marketplace. These firms offer all flooring products including but not limited to carpet, ceramic tile, wood floors and laminates. Most of these establishments cater to the low to mid prices home owners / builders. There are four to five competitors that do offer similar products and services to the high end home owners. This firm focuses on only high custom wood floors for high end homes ($1,000,000 +).
