The Company provides criminal justice/psycho-educational prevention/intervention out-patient group counseling within the geographical area of Judicial Circuits Three, Five and Eight, which comprises most of the territory known as North Central Florida. The company has experienced dramatically steady growth since its inception in October of 1994 and currently does a little over 1,000 contacts per week. Additionally, the company has been involved in local, State, and Federal contracting for the past 12 years. Based in Gainesville, Florida; yet provide services for approximately twelve counties in north central Florida. The Company provides mental health/criminal justice programming and consulting and are dedicated to providing quality program support and consultation to public and private sector agencies, to include staff training and development. The collective objective is the administration and delivery of research-based behavioral health and correctional programming, which reduces public cost while enhancing public safety. These agencies are committed to the provision of high-impact services that facilitate measurably positive results. It should be noted that the Company is involved in a vanguard business trend and has remained on the cutting edge of the privatized community-based correctional industry. This industry is growing at a rapid pace, and the demand for cost-effective community-based services is rising nationally. Succinctly put, the national criminal justice landscape is strewn with well-intended systems (i.e., prison expansion/probation and parole), which are hard pressed to adequately supervise burgeoning court-ordered offender populations. Additionally, these systems are expected to provide more and more services, while budgetary support steadily diminishes. As a result of this expanding trend, there is a greater demand for cost-effective privatized services.

Competition: Company holds a 5-year (thru 2010), multi-county contract from the Florida Department of Corrections. Serves several county-wide misdemeanor referrals. Competition is very limited and far away!
