The company established this group of cemeteries in 1957, and these are the only privately owned cemeteries in their counties. The five cemeteries that are owned reside in southern Minnesota and northern Iowa, both of which are rural areas. The current owners were past employees, and purchased the company in 2003. The company maintains special equipment that allows them to not only service and maintain its own land, but the land of other cemeteries as well, increasing revenues.
