Customers of this major retailer who require installation or contracting in the NY Metro & NJ area are directed to the Company. Currently the company has approximately 30 in-home design appointments weekly and is booking between 15-25 installation/renovation projects weekly. The Company’s 6 salespeople close approx. 40% of their appointments. The business is very well organized with an online scheduling system to keep projects on track. Required audits from the retailer have kept the books in very good order.

Historical Summary:
The Company was founded in 2012 amidst competition with three other contractors providing services to the same retailer. When the other contractors became unreliable and unable to deliver the high standards required, this Company became the exclusive provider and has maintained superior customer service ratings to date.

The Company is experiencing rapidly increasing annual growth (43% and 67% for the last two years). Net profit margins have also increased from 15% to 25% because of operational efficiencies and a commission-based pay-structure
