Business Description

Executive Summary: The company offers complete recycling and pick up of construction debris materials including concrete, steel, wood and sheet rock. The by-products are processed and sold in the aftermarket. The products are sized stone, mulch and sheet rock powder. The steel is sized and sold to metal recovery companies. The Company provides roll-off services to the local area and historically performs about 1,000 pickups a year. Company owned Dumpsters are provided at the job sites for pickup by the Company. Facilities: The facilities are fully permitted to recycle construction materials, (a Class B permit), which also includes the recycling of sheet rock. The facilities are operated on a 6 acre site that is isolated on three sides by a heavily wooded area. The processing is done outside with the storage of material suitable for sale inside under cover. An office building and commercial scale provide the infrastructure necessary to handle the billing and service requirements. In addition, the Company has approval for a 99 ton per day transfer station to handle municipal solid waste. The trash transfer station will be built in 2011 pending the finalization of the remainder of the local permits. The combination of roll-off services, recycling of dry materials and a trash transfer station will allow the Company to provide the full range of services to the current customer base as well as allowing for future growth.
