Business Description

The client is a full service electrical contractor providing
lighting and switchgear design, installation, and service as
well as design, installation, and repair of low voltage systems,
holiday lighting, and landscape lighting. The Company owns
the 13,500 square foot facility that serves as corporate
headquarters, warehouse and shop and the 4 acre fenced
yard provides ample room for rolling stock and equipment.

The Company has been a C-Corporation in Arkansas since
1978. The Company has been wholly owned by the principal
since taking over the business from his father in 1990. In
addition to the principal, the staff is comprised of a team of 19
full-time, non-union employees. The Company s organization
includes the principal, five experienced supervisors, an
estimator, and an office administrator.

The Company works with most of the largest general
contractors in the area. Most of the projects (90%) are within
a 100 mile radius of the offices.
