Facilities: The Company is fully housed in approximately 600 square feet of office/warehouse space in Cortland NY. The building is owned by a third-party unrelated to the owner of the Company. It is leased with a month to month term for $422.00 including utilities. The owner believes that this lease is transferable under the current terms with a minor inflation adjustment. The Company reports that they do not anticipate any difficulties in securing a follow-on lease under similar terms and conditions.

The staff is trained to clean the "TC" way.

Growth/Expansion: The Company s primary customers are (in order of amount of sales): Industrial/commercial establishments Medical buildings Office buildings. The active customer base includes approximately 18 different purchasers. No one customer accounts for more than 12% of total annual sales. The vast majority of customers have been repeat customers for many years. New customers are developed primarily through the owner's sales.
