The Seller has been operating the franchise for 10 years and is offering full training for the Buyer.

The first is located at 1575 Niagara Falls Blvd. in Amherst, within the shopping center known as “Boulevard Consumer Square”; and the other located within the McKinley Mall at 3701 McKinley Parkway. Cheeburger, Cheeburger is an established franchise in operation for 28 years and was founded in nearby Rochester, New York. The Company offers one of the lowest franchise rates in the industry at only 5% + 1% marketing fee! was voted one of the Top 40 Food Franchises in 2012 and received the Top 50 Franchisee Satisfaction Award that same year. The royalty fee is one of the lowest in the industry at only 5% with an additional advertising fund contribution of 1%. Corporate provides marketing support and creative advertising materials as well as ongoing training and assistance. The franchise Serves 100% natural Angus Beef, is known for large portion sizes, 1,285,000 milkshake flavor combinations friendly service, nostalgic 1950’s, wholesome family atmosphere.

There is strong brand recognition with the well defined concept that is steeped in the nostalgia of the 1950’s. The retro memorabilia on display features Elvis Presley and Marilyn Monroe, there is oldies rock-n-roll playing in the background, the neon lights, old fashioned chairs, quilted stainless, gifts and collectibles for sale, and even the kids meal served up in a cardboard “classic cruiser” are all reminiscent of this period of American history. The name itself is a product of pop-culture, from the Saturday Night Live skit starring Bill Murray and John Belushi as short order cooks at the Olympia restaurant, although unlike the Olympia, the Cheeburger, Cheeburger chain does serve Pepsi, not Coke.

The menu is based on the motto “bigger is better” and the theme of “build your own”. Milkshakes are prominently featured on the menu and by the staff with the proclamation of over 1,285,000 flavor combinations available along with floats and even old fashioned egg creams. Sodas are served in mason jars and the natural, fresh cut fries and original onion rings dipped in secret batter are abundant, served alone or together, and available loaded with toppings or with a selection of signature dipping sauces. The selection of original appetizers includes fried pickles, fried artichoke hearts, fried Portobello mushrooms, and mac&cheese wedges, or create your own sampler of 3 choices.

The main course begins with choosing your base, which of course features the burger which is offered in several sizes from Jr. to the famous pounder burger. Other options include veggie burger, turkey burger, grilled chicken breast, grilled salmon burger, or grilled Portobello mushroom. In addition, hot dogs, chicken fingers, BLT, and grilled cheese and melt sandwiches can also be found on the menu; as well as salad options featuring many of the proteins mentioned. Once you have chosen the base it is time to invent your own creation from the multiple offerings of bun or wrap, cheese, and abundant topping selections that are available. Many of the toppings are free while specialty toppings such as sautéed mushrooms, sautéed onions, chili, bacon and guacamole add an additional charge.
