8. Are there any skills / knowledge required to successfully run this business? If so, please explain.

8. Why is analytics data available only since February this year?

Google Analytics provide reports with 12-24h delay, so I tried to use Piwik(standalone) to realtime traffic analyses. But, I refused to use Piwik because it was provided incomplete data, so I back to Google Analytics. Unfortunately, I can't provide you the access to Piwik account because the account was deleted. But I can share access to the Google Analytics of the previous domain (myspapp.com) to any interested buyer.

9. Do you know why traffic is declining?

I believe there are three reasons for the decline in traffic. As I remember from previous year - at the summer, buying activities as little lower than others seasons, so traffic will be back fully at the autumn.

You can see the traffic of my main competitors, it is declining too: http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/mspy.com, http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/mobile-spy.com, http://www.alexa.com/siteinfo/flexispy.com

The second reason, that as for now I decide to extend keywords amount for SEO promotion to get more relevant traffic from search engines and that process need a little bit more time to get first results.

The third reason is because of some changes in Google search algorithm, satellite websites was declined in Google search results since 22th June. Instead of 4 declined satellites websites I have created 10 new satellites and now I actively working on their search positions in Google search.

10. Is Google AdWords accounted for on the P&L?

No, I stopped using it because clicks are very expensive and 110 % ROI is not suitable for me. SEO is much more profitable.

11. Did you hire someone to do link building for the site? The domain seems to have quite a few “spammy” looking backlinks that could potentially hurt Google rankings.

Yes, I hired a SEO professional for consulting and helping me with SEO. I ordered the articles placement by SEO experts on BHW website http://www.blackhatworld.com.
