The March Group currently represents a well-established health care services provider specializing in services for patients with mental health disorders and developmental and physical disabilities. As one of the longest-running private case management providers in the Pacific Northwest, the Company boasts a well-deserved reputation for dedicated care of the highest caliber. The Company posted 2008 revenue of $3.1 million and $176,895 in EBITDA. Thereafter and through 2013, management is projecting annual revenue growth at an average rate of 5%, to top sales of $3.95 million by the end of the forecast period. Services center around Development Disability Agency (DDA) therapy (55% of sales); targeted services coordination, also known as case management (32%); and psychosocial rehabilitation (12%). A highly talented staff, ranging between 105 and 142 employees depending on need, includes RNs, licensed social workers, developmental specialists, intensive behavior intervention specialists, educators, and trained therapy technicians. Pricing is governed by Medicaid guidelines, with approximately 88% of billings directly reimbursed by Medicaid and the remainder billed to the school districts for which the Company provides services. Maintains multiple facilities and serves clients across a number of different counties; totaling 13,250 sq. ft., nearly all of the facilities are Company-owned and available for sale or long-term lease along with the business. At present, the Company s client base includes 550 targeted services coordination clients, 138 developmental disability agency clients, and 34 adult mental health program clients. Children s services presently generate about 80% of billings, but the Company is focused on further developing their adult service offerings as a major growth driver, in addition to the Company s burgeoning autism program.

Competition: Notwithstanding a recent history of rising sales, management is confident that the Company is well positioned to achieve growth beyond the current projections. Given appropriate investments by better-capitalized ownership, there are compelling opportunities to increase business well beyond current levels.
Support/Training: The active principals would be willing to remain for a transition period of several years, or an alternative arrangement.
