We are an established, industry leader in our field. While our corporate office is currently located in N. Alabama, this business can easily be managed from anywhere with a WiFi signal. Since 2010, we have steadily grown, being profitable every year since 2011. We have grown into the most trusted name in our industry and did this utilizing profits and practically are debt free. Our products saves lives and any home, school, church, business or any other structure where people gather, meet, or live could be our client. OUR ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT WE CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE THE MANAGEMENT OR INTERNAL SUPPORT TO MEET OUR GROWTH... Currently we do between $1 - $1.5 million annually. This is with only 2 full time employees and some GREAT contractor partners. Without saying anything else about our company, I think all the necessary credibility could be conveyed by the fact that our top two clients are the largest homebuilder in the country and the second largest home improvement retailer in the country. Not only has both companies committed to us long term, they both are pushing us to expand into other parts of the country to service their accounts. NO OTHER COMPANY IN OUR INDUSTRY HAS EVEN ONE OPPORTUNITY LIKE THIS, AND DEFINITLEY NOT TWO AS WE HAVE TODAY. I have delayed starting this growth as long as I can and it is now time to act and make the most of these once in lifetime opportunities. Most companies need help because they are in trouble. Our trouble is great trouble, but it will end in big trouble for us if we are not prepared to execute and I will not tarnish the best name in the industry! Our future projections are based on current actual sales numbers and are figured on the low side of the actual figures. We need $600K to finance growth. From that $600K, we will expand into 300-350 new retail outlets in a big box home improvement store (we have over 500 stores in our EXCLUSIVE TERRITORY). This will consume $400K of the $600K but is a very safe investment. We will fabricate display models, which is an actual shelter, to go into the new retail stores. These will be tangible assets that can at any time be pulled from the stores and sold as actual product should it be deemed necessary. The other $200K will be used for hiring and training two outside sales / territory managers. One salesperson will focus on expanding into new markets with the largest homebuilder in the country and the other will manage growth through the "big box store" mentioned above. We are in the absolute best positon in one of the hottest industries and have other companies already inquiring about our willingness to sell. The value of our current growth opportunities are truly amazing. All manufacturing is in place and ready to meet as much growth as we are willing to take on. The opportunity is in place today to be a $20 million dollar company in 3-4 years. This is again based on actual sales numbers. The growth plan as I have it figured, investing $600K into the business, results in total sales being $10 - $12 years after three full years. Not only does this result in huge profits, it solidifies our positon as the first and only sensible choice for acquisition by the first true "big player" in the construction industry. To date no national building material supplier has added our products to their line but talk is starting about a few wanting to do just that. Competition: Our market is VERY unique. Several years back certain events really spurred our industry. Numerous retail outlets opened all over the south and southeast. Within a year of so many businesses opening, the rush of work ended and the companies slowly started disappearing. We experienced growth as most of the others downsized or closed all together. The reason for this is no secret. While all other companies wee focusing on retail we secured all of the local homebuilders as well as that national, big box store, who would place orders year round.
