Monthly rent is $400, and the lease is currently informal, month-to-month. All mowers, blowers, trailers, trimmers, and four (4) trucks will transfer with the sale.
The Company currently serves East/Central Austin as their target area, with clusters of clients in Southwest and Northwest Austin. The barriers to entry are low in the landscaping industry, and there are plenty of landscaping companies in the Austin area. The vast majority are private companies that provide a wide range of lawn care services, and/or landscape design and consulting. However this Company's unique, more organic approach is in such demand in Austin, that the seller finds himself turning away work.
