Auburn Valley is well-known locally for it's wedding and event hosting services.

The natural state of the course's setting offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and forests. The average household income within the immediate area (15-miles) is $90,823, with 31.0% of households earning over $100,000 per year. Auburn Valley is also supported by the established residential neighborhood surrounding the property, with 118 single family homes ranging from $350k to $750k. An additional 45 vacant lots are set to have homes built in the future, providing more potential members for The Club. Growth & Expansion:
The three areas to focus revenue growth are; growing membership: increasing public rounds played and returning the banquet revenue to it's historical peak figures. On top of a minor cosmetic facelift of the clubhouse, we believe that one strategy for increasing membership would be to construct an upscale fitness center within the clubhouse as well. There is a large, rarely used men's locker room area in the basement of the clubhouse, which could be an ideal location for a new fitness center. This could help attract new members and grow dues revenue at Auburn Valley. The introduction of a fitness center will give the residents, especially families, of the local community a compelling reason, outside of golf, to become members of The Club.
