This buyer has a vision of what they want the APA to be and molds the Association to their vision, maybe using existing programs to fund this growth. Current owner would prefer to keep 25-75% of this business and consult or participate in its growth, however is willing to sell the entire business as well. Reasonable or creative offers will be considered; however, any offer will require an upfront investment. Price of Business: $200k for 25% $350k for 51% $500k for 75% $750k for 100% In some of these scenarios ownership can be increased up to 90% at milestones. The Companion Program brought in a documented $426,000 with 2 people working it, often part time, and with virtually no financial investment. The organization has always been debt free, however low funding availability limited its growth, but not the innovation of its programs. In 2008/10 a health concern with the Director/Owner and the economic downturn caused the organization to slow and ultimately cease expansion.
