This is a two truck route that normally would be split, but FedEx is not turning sup routes into full routes just now. One truck drives approx 40 miles a day and the other does about 85. Diesel is sold to drivers at $1.35 per gal. reguardless of what it sells for at the pump. Cost of operating the trucks is approx $175 per week for both including fuel, tires, oil, etc. Drivers make approx $145 per day. This is not Home route which makes half the money.

Facilities: Trucks are parked at the Tempe terminal over night to be re-loaded with packages

Competition: Routes are growing as "Ground" takes more and more away from UPS and as city grows
