Both Burley and Kimberly have stable and loyal customer bases. The Owners have worked to improve the exits with pavement and offer premium washes at a great price point. The location on Overland is ideal and could easily be promoted with on site signage. Kimberly is the only wash in town and the growth of the community over last 2 to 4 years has been significant. With just a little promotion on the part of the owners, sales have grown 25 to 30%. Kimberly presents positive growth potential in capturing new customers. Both communities are robust and growing.
Growth & Expansion:
Idaho Suds was purchased in mid-2009 for $550,000. There was a growing curve for the owners with no industry backgrounds and sales were in excess of $150,000 at the time.
